Medical questions belong with your GP/specialist. We encourage safe coordination and refer where needed.

Support with returning to work, taking your place in society again.
Better dealing with your loved ones, tools for your family and those around you.
One central place to share experiences with each other.
My journey started with a shock: the MS diagnosis. A period full of questions, uncertainty and searching for solid ground. But that same period also brought me new strength. Step by step, I found my way back through exercise, healthy nutrition and a strong mindset — until I eventually became a triathlete.
That journey showed me how much potential there still is, even when your health challenges you.
With Chronically Better I want to share that strength. I want to create a place where people with a chronic condition feel understood, where they can catch their breath, where they get practical tools that really help, and where loved ones play an important role.
I do this because I know how it feels, and because no one has to walk this path alone.
