Why I Share My Weekly Menu Every Week
By Vincent Verstraeten
After my triathlon competition, I felt strongly: I want to give something back.
I realize it’s a privilege to be able to train, set goals, go all out in your work, and feel a body that sometimes cooperates and can even surprise me positively. At the same time, I know how vulnerable that can be, especially with MS. That’s exactly why I want to motivate other people to live healthier, not with strictness or guilt, but with achievable steps.
My commitment: weekly menus for a year
So I made a commitment: I share my weekly menu every week for a whole year.
Not because I do everything perfectly, but because I know how quickly you get stuck when your energy is low and your head is already full. Then “What are we eating today?” suddenly becomes a difficult puzzle. And that’s exactly where I want to make a difference: less decision stress, more structure, and especially more chance to keep it up.
Realistic, tasty and practical
What you’ll find with me are weekly menus that are realistic: tasty, nutritious and practical, with a handy shopping list so you can easily plan per day. Some weeks are simple and familiar, other weeks have a surprising dish, because healthy eating can also simply give color and variety and doesn’t have to feel boring or strict.
If my weekly menu can help you to live healthier one step easier, that’s already worth it for me. 💚
